Jordyn works collaboratively with other team members to set the stage for the client experience by greeting visitors, managing appointments, answering calls and in doing so is tasked with assuring each client interaction begins with an immediate positive impression. Additionally, she serves as an essential bridge between clients and their accounts advocating to ensure their day to day needs and inquiries are addressed by providing technical support, handling administrative changes, executing distributions and contributions and identifying issues that require escalation. As an ambassador for our team, and an advocate for clients, Jordyn works to foster each and every relationship by maintaining connections and consistently facilitating interactions that ultimately results in our clients feeling a great sense of value and importance.
