Giving back has always been a core value of our firm. We are proud to support and participate in a variety of initiatives that uplift local families, organizations, and causes that are close to our hearts.
Founders of GOAL Magazine and GO2GOAL
Our passion for community engagement is what inspired us to create GO2GOAL, a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization that produces GOAL Magazine—a collaborative, educational publication founded in 2016. What began as an effort to provide our clients with more than just firm-specific updates has grown into a widely distributed resource that combines the expertise of local professionals and community leaders.
The magazine is published twice a year and reaches over 25,000 readers annually. Its content spans a range of topics, from financial planning and wellness to entrepreneurship and photography. Each issue also highlights inspiring local stories and meaningful community causes, reinforcing our mission to inform, connect, and uplift.
The GOAL Magazine team is also launched a new initiative—GOALcast, a podcast channel that will further amplify the voices and expertise of contributors in an engaging audio format.
Giving Back Through GO2GOAL
Through GO2GOAL, we proudly organize several annual events that directly benefit the community. Since receiving its nonprofit status in 2018, GO2GOAL has raised over $350,000 for local causes. Our key fundraising events include:
GOAL Magazine Gala
Held each spring at The Venue at Live! Casino, the GOAL Magazine Gala benefits Shop with a Cop, an organization that builds positive relationships between law enforcement and local children through mentorship and support.
GOAL Magazine Golf Outing PLUS Paint-n-Sip
This summer event is hosted at the prestigious Arnold Palmer’s Latrobe Country Club and benefits the Greater Latrobe Partners in Education Foundation. All net proceeds are granted to the life skills, learning support, and autistic support classrooms in the Greater Latrobe School District. The event features a traditional golf outing alongside a creative paint-n-sip experience, allowing all guests to contribute to a worthy cause in a fun and meaningful way.
Empowering Women Through SHE
Our commitment to community also extends to supporting and uplifting women through SHE—Sophisticated, Humble, Empowered—a philanthropic female social group founded by the women of GOAL Magazine in 2019. Led by the women of our firm, SHE hosts two engaging events per year that highlight female-led businesses while raising funds for charities that support women, children, and animals.
Involved Locally, Connected Regionally
We’re also proud to be active members of the Westmoreland County Chamber of Commerce, Greater Latrobe Laurel Valley Chamber of Commerce, and the Connellsville Chamber of Commerce, collaborating with fellow business leaders and supporting efforts that strengthen the local economy.
In addition to the major initiatives mentioned above, we continuously support various local charities and nonprofit organizations that matter to our team and our clients.

GOAL Magazine Golf Outing
We are proud to serve as the Lead Sponsor of GOAL Magazine’s annual Golf Outing to benefit the Greater Latrobe Partners in Education Foundation. All net proceeds from the event are granted directly to the Autistic Support, Learning Support, and Life Skills Classrooms in the Greater Latrobe School District, helping to provide vital resources and opportunities for local students. In 2018, a Paint-n-Sip was added to the event for non-golfers who still want to join in the fun and support this meaningful cause.
GOAL Magazine Gala
We are also honored to be the Lead Sponsor of GOAL Magazine’s annual semi-formal/formal Gala benefiting Shop with a Cop. Net proceeds from the event support this impactful program, which gives children who have been victims of crime or faced unfortunate circumstances the opportunity to shop with a local police officer—either right before Christmas or Prom—creating positive memories and meaningful connections.
SHE Philanthropic Events
We are proud to lead the initiative of SHE (Sophisticated • Humble • Empowered)—a philanthropic, female-focused social group founded by the women of GOAL Magazine in 2019. SHE hosts biannual events that highlight female-led businesses and raise funds for local charities that support women, children, and animals. Open to anyone who enjoys having fun while giving back, SHE creates a space where community, empowerment, and purpose come together.

We are proud to be the lead sponsor of GOAL Magazine's newest initiative, GOALcast. The GOAL of each podcast is to shine a spotlight on GOAL Magazine Contributors and the philanthropic organizations we proudly support.
